Safe Place
“As life becomes colder and somehow harder, we struggle to create places of safety for ourselves and those we love. We build places of security in our homes, and our offices and even our cars. These places separate us from one another. Places that separate people can never be safe enough. Perhaps our only refuge is in the goodness of each other.” - “My Grandfather’s...

When we offer our blessings generously, the light in the world is strengthened, around us and in us.
We do not serve the weak or the broken. What we serve is the wholeness in each other and in life.

“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.” - E Tolle
Those who bless and serve life find a place of belonging and strength, a refuge from living in ways that are meaningless and empty.
“A prayer is about our relationship to God; a blessing is about our relationship to the spark of God in one another.”
Your Personal Power
When we bless someone, we touch the unborn goodness in them and wish it well. Everything unborn in us and in the world needs blessing.
We bless the life around us far more than we realize. Many simple, ordinary things that we do can affect those around us in profound ways. Look for opportunities!
Blessing life
When we remember we can bless life, we can repair the world.
Crush It!
Just finished Gary V’s book. New life into my old mind-set!
Leaf count!
Count yourself lucky if you have to rake leaves. It means you have TREES, beautiful, sheltering trees.
5-a-day!
Count 5 things everyday that you are glad to have in your life. Watch the number become un-countable!!
Sunday is a special day!!
Make Sunday your day to refill all that you’ve givin out during the week. How? Don’t do regular stuff, do meaningful, soul repair stuff. You know what that means for you.
Looking at others through better eyes.
A man was exploring caves by the seashore. In one of the caves he found a canvas bag with a bunch of hardened clay balls. It was like someone had rolled clay balls and left them out in the sun to bake. They didn’t look like much, but they intrigued the man, so he took the bag out of the cave with him. As he strolled along the beach, he would throw the clay balls one at a time out into the ocean...
Make some good assumptions today!
In junior high school, I learned the definition of “assume.” (Makes an a__ out of u and me) but I assume everyday that the people I come in contact with are doing the best they can at that moment. I do this because I hope they will assume the same about me and give me the benefit of the doubt if I do or say something less than kind. So go out and share your generous assumptions -...
Gifting ideas for parents.
What do you get your mom and dad for their birthdays that the other 8 siblings, their spouses and 40 grandkids, (to say nothing of friends contributions) haven’t already given them?? Anyone, anyone?? Okay, then it’s back to the heart-felt letter of gratitude for being so fantastic for so many years for so many people. Am I lucky or what???
Oh, to be young and energetic - these gals will knock your socks off!

"Fall" into a slower pace. TODAY!!
With the beautiful fall colors, crisp nights and today’s sunshine - when am I really going to slow down enough to enjoy it? This is one of my favorite seasons and it’s rushing by without me getting my fill. So today - I will walk in the leaves, turn my face to the sun and shout - “LIFE IS GOOD - I HAVE ENOUGH!!”
When is enough - enough??
Why in the world do we need more stuff? It clutters up your life, takes time to manage it, clean it, shuffle it around, etc. The STUFF has got to go!!
Be the change that you wish to see in the world.
